What to do Before your Appointment
4 WEEKS BEFORE: no botox (must be done 4 weeks before or 4 weeks after touch up), chemical peels, retinols or intense facial treatments.
2 WEEKS BEFORE: no antibiotics or any tanning
3 DAYS BEFORE: No blood thinning medications (ibuprofen, aspirin, niacin, fish oil, adderall, Excedrin, etc)
2 DAYS BEFORE: Stay hydrated! It will help with color retention.
1 DAY BEFORE: no alcohol
